Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026

This policy explains what data the Discord bot Nefertari ("the Bot"), together with its owner and operator ("we"), collects, why, and what we do with it.

1. Data we process

Discord identifiers: user ID, server (guild) ID and channel ID, and your display name where needed to show you your own information.
Messages: the Bot receives message content in servers where it is installed, because it must detect commands, mentions and links. Messages that do not trigger a feature are not stored.
Links you submit (to download, save or subscribe to), including a short history of submitted links and per-site counts.
Files and text you submit for extraction, translation or text removal (images, text files, pasted text).
Account records: your access permissions, points balance per server, personal settings (e.g. model version, private mode, ZIP delivery), saved library entries, reminders and subscriptions.
Usage log: for each paid job, the type of action, time, the job title (typically a series or file name), page or chapter counts and points charged. Up to 2,000 entries are kept per user.

We do not collect your email, phone number, payment card details, location or Discord password.

2. Why we use it

To perform the action you requested and return the result.
To apply access rules and charge points correctly.
To show you your balance and history, and to let the Operator resolve problems and prevent abuse.

3. Third-party processing

To perform some features we send content to third parties:

AI model providers receive the images or text you submit for extraction or translation, and return the result.
A GPU cloud provider receives images you submit for text removal.
Google Drive is used by some features to store or deliver files (on the Operator's Drive); files are kept until deleted, unless an auto-delete option is used.
Cloud hosting: the Bot runs on a cloud server located outside mainland China.

These providers process data under their own terms. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share with them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Retention

Temporary working files are deleted automatically within about 2 hours; direct-download files within 24 hours; web reader pages within 1 hour.
Account records and the usage log are kept while the service is in use, subject to the 2,000-entry cap per user.
Extraction and translation output is delivered to you in Discord (or by direct message if you enable private mode); we do not keep a copy beyond the temporary period above.

5. Sharing

Apart from the processors in section 3, we share data only if required by law or to protect the service. The Operator can see usage logs and balances for users in the Operator's servers.

6. Your choices

Enable private mode in /profile to receive results by direct message.
Turn off ZIP delivery in /profile so the Bot does not react to links you post.
Ask us to delete your records, or to export what we hold about you, using the contact below. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also remove the Bot from your server at any time.

7. Security

Data is stored on a server with restricted access, and files are served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Bot is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.

Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang dikumpulkan bot Discord Nefertari ("Bot") beserta pemilik dan pengelolanya ("kami"), untuk apa, dan bagaimana kami memperlakukannya.

1. Data yang kami proses

Pengenal Discord: ID pengguna, ID server (guild), ID channel, dan nama tampilan bila perlu untuk menampilkan informasi milikmu sendiri.
Pesan: Bot menerima isi pesan di server tempat ia terpasang karena perlu mendeteksi perintah, mention, dan link. Pesan yang tidak memicu fitur apa pun tidak disimpan.
Link yang kamu kirim (untuk diunduh, disimpan, atau dilanggani), termasuk riwayat singkat link dan hitungan per situs.
File dan teks yang kamu kirim untuk ekstrak, terjemahan, atau hapus teks (gambar, file teks, teks yang ditempel).
Catatan akun: izin akses, saldo poin per server, setelan pribadi (mis. versi model, mode private, kirim ZIP), library tersimpan, pengingat, dan langganan.
Log pemakaian: untuk tiap job berbayar: jenis aksi, waktu, judul job (biasanya nama seri atau file), jumlah halaman atau chapter, dan poin yang dipotong. Maksimal 2.000 entri per pengguna.

Kami tidak mengumpulkan email, nomor telepon, data kartu pembayaran, lokasi, atau kata sandi Discord-mu.

2. Untuk apa

Menjalankan aksi yang kamu minta dan mengembalikan hasilnya.
Menerapkan aturan akses dan memotong poin dengan benar.
Menampilkan saldo dan riwayatmu, serta membantu Pengelola menyelesaikan masalah dan mencegah penyalahgunaan.

3. Pemrosesan oleh pihak ketiga

Untuk menjalankan sebagian fitur, kami mengirim konten ke pihak ketiga:

Penyedia model AI menerima gambar atau teks yang kamu kirim untuk ekstrak atau terjemahan, lalu mengembalikan hasilnya.
Penyedia cloud GPU menerima gambar yang kamu kirim untuk hapus teks.
Google Drive dipakai sebagian fitur untuk menyimpan atau mengirim file (di Drive Pengelola); file disimpan sampai dihapus, kecuali opsi hapus otomatis dipakai.
Hosting cloud: Bot berjalan di server cloud yang berlokasi di luar daratan Tiongkok.

Penyedia tersebut memproses data menurut ketentuan mereka sendiri. Jangan kirim konten yang tidak boleh kamu bagikan ke mereka. Kami tidak menjual datamu dan tidak memakainya untuk iklan.

4. Lama penyimpanan

File kerja sementara dihapus otomatis dalam sekitar 2 jam; file direct download dalam 24 jam; halaman reader web dalam 1 jam.
Catatan akun dan log pemakaian disimpan selama layanan dipakai, dengan batas 2.000 entri per pengguna.
Hasil ekstrak dan terjemahan dikirim ke kamu di Discord (atau lewat DM bila mode private aktif); kami tidak menyimpan salinannya lebih lama dari masa sementara di atas.

5. Berbagi data

Selain pemroses di bagian 3, kami hanya membagikan data bila diwajibkan hukum atau untuk melindungi layanan. Pengelola dapat melihat log pemakaian dan saldo pengguna di server milik Pengelola.

6. Pilihanmu

Aktifkan mode private di /profile agar hasil dikirim lewat DM.
Matikan Kirim ZIP di /profile agar Bot tidak bereaksi pada link yang kamu kirim.
Minta kami menghapus catatanmu, atau mengirim salinan data yang kami simpan, lewat kontak di bawah. Kami akan menanggapi dalam waktu wajar. Kamu juga bisa mengeluarkan Bot dari servermu kapan saja.

7. Keamanan

Data disimpan di server dengan akses terbatas, dan file disajikan lewat HTTPS. Tidak ada sistem yang sepenuhnya aman, dan kami tidak bisa menjamin keamanan mutlak.

8. Anak-anak

Bot tidak ditujukan bagi siapa pun di bawah usia minimum pemakai Discord. Kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data mereka.

9. Perubahan

Kebijakan ini dapat kami perbarui. Tanggal berlaku di atas menunjukkan versi terbaru.
