Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Discord bot Nefertari ("the Bot") and its owner and operator ("the Operator", "we"). By using the Bot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. What the Bot does

The Bot lets Discord server members download images from links they provide, bundle them into files, extract text from images (OCR), translate text into Indonesian, remove text from images, and keep personal lists such as saved links, reminders and update subscriptions.

2. Eligibility and access

You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age.
Some features are free for members of a server where the Bot is installed. Others (text extraction, translation, text removal) require a points balance or access granted by the Operator.
The Operator may grant, limit or remove access at any time.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the links, images and text you submit and for having the right to use them.
Do not use the Bot to infringe copyright or other rights, to bypass paywalls or access controls you are not entitled to bypass, or to process unlawful content.
Do not abuse the Bot: no automated flooding, no attempts to disrupt, probe or break the service or the servers behind it.
Output produced by the Bot is a convenience. You are responsible for how you use and share it.

4. Rights holders

If you are a rights holder and believe content handled through the Bot infringes your rights, contact us (section 12) with the details. We will review the request and may remove files we host and restrict the user concerned.

5. Points and payment

Paid features consume prepaid points. The price of each action is shown in the Bot (Harga Poin in the help menu).
Points are tied to a server and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Points already used for a completed job are not refunded. Any other refund is at the Operator's discretion.
The Operator may change prices; the price shown before you start a job applies to that job.

6. Accuracy and availability

Text extraction, translation and text removal are produced by automated systems and can be wrong or incomplete. The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available". It may go offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and features may change or be removed.

7. Temporary files

Files created for you (for example direct download links) are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after a short period. Do not rely on the Bot as storage.

8. Suspension

We may refuse service, remove access or block a user or server that violates these Terms or puts the service at risk, without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Bot. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the points used in the month the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Syarat Layanan

Berlaku sejak: 5 Oktober 2026

Syarat ini mengatur penggunaan bot Discord Nefertari ("Bot") beserta pemilik dan pengelolanya ("Pengelola", "kami"). Dengan memakai Bot, kamu menyetujui syarat ini. Kalau tidak setuju, jangan pakai Bot.

1. Fungsi Bot

4. Pemegang hak

5. Poin dan pembayaran

Fitur berbayar memakai poin prabayar.

10. Perubahan

Syarat ini dapat kami perbarui. Tanggal berlaku di atas menunjukkan versi terbaru. Tetap memakai Bot setelah perubahan berarti kamu menerimanya.

11. Hukum yang berlaku

Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia.

12. Kontak

Hubungi kami lewat server support Nefertari di Discord. Link undangannya ada di profil Bot (About Me).
